They just rang me briefly, like just a quick buzz, so I figured they probably want me to ring them back. Then I found this site and read that if you return their call, they charge you loads for it and it’s a total scam. Felt kinda suspicious from the start, glad I trusted my instincts.

They hang up fairly fast, probably trying to trick you into ringing them back and paying for it!

Like others have said here, I've been getting calls that ring a couple times from various numbers starting with 00252. My mobile company told me they'd put a stop to it before, but now it looks like those calls are popping up again. Quite annoying really!
