I missed a call from this number and earlier, around half an hour ago, I got a ring from a really close number too, +252 35569454 or something like that. I reckon it’s best to just block these callers and ignore them.

The code is for Somalia, and it's one of those tricks where if you ring them back, you'll get hit with a huge fee. Best not to return the call at all.
