I just got a message telling me to urgently call 002482653620. I rang it straight away but only then noticed it was a Seychelles number and was showing up as private. I did share my mobile on Facebook last week, so maybe that's how they found it? Quite suspicious if you ask me.

I received a text message that read, “Please call back, it’s urgent.” Naturally, I assumed it must be a family member in distress, so I returned the call without thinking twice. However, as soon as that peculiar ringtone echoed in my ear, I glanced at the display and realised it was a number from the Seychelles. I ended the call immediately, quick as a flash! Since then, they've been quite the nuisance, persistently texting me with messages like, “You must call this number at once!” Those messages are swiftly added to my spam folder, and I’ve deleted the lot without a second thought.

I got a message that said “call me back its urgent” and thought it was someone from my family, so I phoned the number. But right when I heard that odd ringtone, I checked the number and saw it was from the Seychelles - I hung up straight away. Since then, they've kept sending more texts like “you gotta call this number now,” which I just block and delete without a second thought.
