Not sure what that was about, but I got a woman sobbing and talking nonsense on the line! When I looked up the number, it showed Cape Verde, a bunch of islands in the South Atlantic Ocean, off the coast of Africa and below the Canaries. I flagged it as risky just in case it’s some scam trying to rack up pricey phone charges!
