8 yearsI got a call from this number about a PPI claim, and it seemed to be coming from the UK. After about 15 mins, the guy on the other end said the call was being recorded. It almost felt like HSBC were using this to dodge regulations on data protection or maybe to avoid having to share info with the Financial Ombudsman. Not sure if I’m reading too much into it though.
