They called me but ended the call straight away, barely a few seconds. Definitely a dodgy scam!

Got a robo call telling me my Amazon Prime subscription would be renewed automatically for £39.99, and if I wanted to stop it, I needed to press 1. The voice was eerily like the one I've heard from Visa before. I didn’t press any buttons but saved the number from 1471, then tried calling it back. The number didn’t seem to exist or come up at all. Quite dodgy if you ask me.

Got a recorded message supposedly from BT Tech Support, saying my internet would be cut off today. It asked me to press 1 to get help or 2 if I wanted to cancel my connection. I just ended the call straight away.

Got a missed call from some scam number, tried ringing back but best not - they'll end up charging you loads! Avoid calling them at all costs.

I’ve been getting these one-ring scam calls non stop lately. Every day, I get loads of missed calls followed by voicemails from different mobiles, mostly from places like East Europe or Africa. This week alone I must’ve had tons of them. Watch out everyone, don’t pick up or call back!
