In the last hour, I noticed calls from two numbers, +23595199469 and +23595199466. They each rang just once, and when I looked up the area, it came up as Chad. I didn’t pick up since I’ve got no clue why anyone from that place would be trying to reach me.

I’ve noticed this happening too - I get one ring and then the call just ends. Tried several numbers and they all show the caller as being from Chad, but they hang up after just one ring. Bit strange.

Got a call that only rang once and then ended at 00:53 on 23/12/20. This is the fourth time this week I’ve had a number from somewhere in Africa doing the exact same thing. Proper strange!

Got calls from a number that always hung up just after two rings, so I blocked it. Then, around 11:30 at night, a different number ending with 97 started ringing me. Had to block that one as well.

I’ve been getting calls from what looks like a few different numbers, all starting with the same area code, apparently from Chad. They’ve done the one ring thing about seven times in the last day. I didn’t pick up any of them and ended up blocking all those numbers. I’m based in Bristol, UK.

got a call from this number a couple of times already. the second ring was just after midnight, like 12:25 am. i had my phone right there and it only rang for a few seconds before cutting off. there's a name, chad, shown under the number 235 99 85 51 94. normally i just dont pick up unknown numbers, saves a lot of hassle. i'd tell others to avoid picking up too.

this is just another one of those numbers that wont stop calling me. pretty sure it's linked to some sort of scam.
