People give card info that gets declined, then they don’t answer when we try to contact them. None of these bookings turn up, and recently, calls have been coming from different Nigerian numbers. Every time I call them out, they just end the call. They seem to believe we've already taken payment (I reckon the card details might be stolen) and demand a refund.
