My elderly dad got a call from this number and it ended up costing him £2.51 for just a 2-minute call! Then, when he tried to ring back, it only went through for a second before he quickly hung up. Totally dodgy!

The caller’s number showed Sierra Leone as the origin. They rang me just a quick single ring earlier in the day, then tried again later at night. I didn't pick up either time and have now blocked the number. The late-night call left a silent voicemail, which was pretty eerie. Even though I blocked them, my phone still alerts me when they try calling. Seems like they’re trying harder now - most people wouldn’t ignore a call in the middle of the night if it was urgent. It gave me a really creepy vibe, honestly. Pretty sure it’s some kind of scam to get you to call back.

Got a call that just rang once then hung up. Truecaller says it’s from Sierra Leone, something called Africell. Looks dodgy to me, probably a scam that’ll cost you if you ring back, so I’m steering clear and not returning the call.
