Got a missed call from that number just now. Honestly, I don’t know a single person from there which is a bit annoying since I switched my number a few months back. The calls did die down for a while but over the last three weeks I’ve been getting calls from places like Russia, Chad and now Guinea!

This is a classic phone scam where they call you and the fee for the call is decided by the scammers themselves, and it’s ridiculous - like £60 per minute! Just don’t pick up and make sure to block the number straight away.

I got a call from a number registered in Guinea and I’d really advise not picking up. Apparently, they do some sort of black magic tricks through phone calls. Today, 16/10/17, I got a call from +224722222436 which my phone said was from Guinea. Normally, I don’t pick up or return calls from unknown numbers, so I just hung up. They left a voicemail, but it was all gibberish to me, so I just ended up deleting it.

Today I finally answered and it was some robot voice sayin something about "your call is important to us, you will be connected to our finance manager" then it just cut off. It's really irritating, hope it quits soon.
