I got a call today from a number beginning with 00 224 but it stopped ringing before I could pick up. Looks like this prefix is from Guinea in West Africa. Since the 22nd of December 2017, I’ve had about five calls from that area, all different numbers though, and I’ve blocked every one of them. Honestly, I don’t get what’s happening with 3 - I’m their customer too!

This number has been incessantly calling me, both early in the morning and late at night. The peculiar thing is that my phone only rings twice before it cuts off. I’ve never picked up nor have I bothered to return the call. I've even attempted to block the number, but it seems impossible to do so. It feels like they’ve got some sort of technology that prevents me from blocking their calls, which is incredibly frustrating!
