The easiest way to handle these annoying callers is to just say it's a business. They've rung me every day and no one ever talked on the other side. Then yesterday, a bloke with an accent asked my name, and when I told him it was a vet's surgery, he asked if it was a business and then hung up. Haven't had a call since I said that, so hopefully it works for others too. Just thought I'd share!
