It only rang briefly, just enough to get you curious and maybe call back. If you do call back, you’ll get hit with crazy high charges - it’s dodgy as hell. The phone companies take their cut too, so they really should be doing more to block these rip-offs. Lately, I've also had sketchy calls from places like Samoa, Seychelles, and Fiji - all the same scam nonsense.
