This happened to me as well! The phone will ring just for a moment then go dead. I wouldn’t recommend picking up, feels like it might be some kind of scam.

I have no clue who keeps ringing, but they drain money every time for themselves. Sometimes they buzz me nearly 30 times daily from a bunch of different numbers. It’s just scams and pure hassle, best to ignore.

I picked up the phone and some bloke said my great-great uncle Riyad Smith had passed away and left me 2.8 million quid. The friendly guy then asked for my bank info, which I gave without a second thought. I ended up quitting my job and had a right go at my boss on the way out, gave her a good punch! Now just sitting back, waiting for the cash to show up. Life’s good!
