I got a call from 01765 148912, and the person said they were from BT, telling me to turn my computer on because it supposedly had a virus. I wasn’t very polite when I said no thanks.

Had a call from someone pretending to be from IT support, trying to trick me. Best thing to do is just put the phone down. But if you’re feeling a bit patient, you can pretend you don’t get what they’re on about and really annoy them. The guy ended up getting rude and then he just dropped the call.

Got a call from someone named Kevin who said it was about my computer. I asked him what kind of computer and he said a Microsoft one. I told him I don’t own any computer like that. Then he asked if I had a laptop, and I said no to that as well. After that, he just said thanks and wished me a nice day before hanging up!

Got a call today from someone claiming to be Michael from Windows, but the number was from Egypt. They wanted me to turn on my laptop, but I told them to never call this number again and just ended the call.
