On 23rd Jan 2018 at around 1:06pm I got a call from 002075037768. I got the number by dialling 1471 cos I didn't pick up. They didn’t leave any voicemail either. We normally don't take unknown calls these days, only check messages and numbers cuz of all the nuisance calls, even though we're signed up with the TPS.

This number has rung me a few times over the last week but never leaves a voicemail, so I just ignore it. I attempted to block it through 1572 but no luck! It’s not the first time I’ve had trouble diverting a number like this either.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft, insisting that I had to cough up some cash to secure my computer. It's a total scam; they aren’t from Microsoft at all and have likely compromised my system with spyware! If you find yourself in a similar situation, it would be wise to take your device to a reputable tech shop for a thorough antivirus clean-up, or better yet, invest in a reliable antivirus program for peace of mind. Cheers!

This bloke called me claiming my computer hadn’t updated in like 3 months. I told him I wasn’t daft and just ended the call straight away.

Got a call today from someone saying they were from Tek International about my computer. Problem is, I only have a work laptop, no desktop computer at all. The laptop's linked to a server and the Wi-Fi too. He quickly ended the call when I mentioned that. Feels like it could be risky for someone who isn’t as careful!

I picked up and this bloke with an accent asked to chat to my daughter, using her married surname, about her computer. I told him we don’t even have computers here but he just kept going, probably reading from a script. It was pretty clear it was some kind of scam, and he only backed off when I told him she was out at work.

Got a call from 002075037768 claiming to be from a computer company about issues with my PC. They asked "Am I speaking to the owner of the computer?" and when I said no, they just ended the call. These dodgy calls really need to be stopped.

002075037768 Honestly, I don’t own a phone, laptop, or even broadband. Wait... I don’t even have a PC! So how on earth did you manage to reach me via my TV? The call was super quick right after that!

I got a call from a guy saying he was from Microsoft, but he spoke with a strong Indian accent and said his company was 'Tek International'. When I asked him to spell out the company name so I could check it online, he just suddenly cut the call. Honestly, don’t take the chance with these scammers - they might try to get into your PC or even your bank info. Stay safe!

Got a call at 10:40 in the morning, some woman was asking if the owner of a computer was there. I told her we don't have a computer, and then she asked about a laptop. I said no again. She just said alright, bye and hung up. Totally sounds like one of those dodgy scams aimed at fooling people.

Got a call from someone named Raj who claimed my computer had viruses and dangerous faults. He wanted me to turn it on so he could fix it remotely. I politely told him thanks but I wasn’t interested and hung up. Definitely one of those dodgy scams.

A person called claiming to be my BT broadband provider with some supposed issue. I just told them the only problem was them constantly phoning me and asked them to quit ringing.

This number keeps ringing me about 10.30 each morning. I tried calling back once and an Asian lady was speaking in a language I couldn’t understand - sounded like one of those pre-recorded messages. Honestly, really tired of these constant botherations!

Got calls from this number every day for the past four days, definitely scammers. Since it’s an ex-directory, you probably need to get it through BT to block it properly. Just ignore and block!

I received a call from this number, and the person on the line had a distinctly Indian accent. They were rambling on about “the computer” and claimed I was experiencing issues flagged by their software. It all felt quite dodgy to me. Clearly a scammer! I’d advise you to steer clear of sharing any details unless you’re in the mood for a bit of fun with them.

I've been receiving calls from this number every single day, but as soon as I pick up, the line goes dead. It’s likely some sort of automated system. Quite bothersome, I must say. Cheers, AJ from Norwich.

Got a call from some bloke calling himself 'Albert', going on about my "computer" and some software issues that apparently showed up. I couldn’t help but laugh at the whole thing, which just seemed to wind him up more. Eventually, I told him not to ring me again and ended the call.

So, this lady with an accent that sounded like she might be from India or Pakistan rings me up saying there's a problem with my Windows 10. She said she’d fix it if I did what she said. I played along for a bit, then told her a message popped up warning me not to trust random callers from India or Pakistan who suddenly offer computer help. I told her to find a proper, honest job instead. Sure enough, she just hung up right then!

Complete con artist! I encountered the old Event Viewer ruse... They’ll prompt you to type in eventvwr. Just ignore them, or better still, play along for a giggle. I managed to keep him on the line for a good ten minutes before I lost interest!

Got a call from someone called Joseph, said he was with “Tek Internation” or something like that. He claimed he handled stuff for Windows, Microsoft and Apple, and said he'd help me see how some unauthorised people were trying to get into my computer or network. He had a strong Indian accent. When I asked where they were based, he said Coventry but couldn't provide a postcode at all. He refused saying he wanted access to my computer, but the whole thing sounded a bit fishy to me.

I received a call on my private landline in New York from this number. It rang three times before suddenly disconnecting. When I tried to call back, I was met with some strange language stating that the number doesn’t exist-quite the tall tale, given that it rang my home phone, which has caller ID. Can anybody assist me in uncovering the identity of this number? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
