Just won’t give up, always calls but never says a word. Really odd and kinda annoying.

We've been getting calls from this number on and off for the last few days, even though we've told them to stop. Asked them nicely to take us off their calling list, but they just keep ringing. Yesterday alone, they called us seven times!
