Honestly, it's high time these annoying calls we get all the time were stopped. It’s not just this number, heaps of others are just as irritating. I reckon I’m getting nearly 20 of these calls every week now. Do these muppets have no other life or what? Does anyone know why these calls keep getting worse? They began the call already having my full address and postcode, then started asking me survey questions. Ended the call pretty fast as it felt way too invasive.

I dont get these issues anymore since I started using BT Call Guardian. It blocks any numbers you haven't approved. Cold callers and private numbers just dont get through, so my phone never rings with annoying calls. You can even check who’s tried to contact you but got blocked.

I received a phone call earlier today, on Wednesday 29th July at approximately 18:30. The caller inquired about a person whose name sounds similar to mine. I had a feeling that it was a sales cold-call, so I notified the caller that I would fetch the requested person and then placed the phone on hold. At first, I thought it was something official for the council, but then I caught on that it wasn’t quite legit. The supervisor assured me they'd take my number off their list. Got a call from this number recently. It was a woman speaking with an accent I couldn't place, asking for a Mrs Leonora Cherry. I told her no one by that name lives here and I don’t know anyone like that. She sounded a bit puzzled but I ended the call before she said anything else.
