I’ve had a bunch of calls from these folks claiming to be carrying out a survey. Every time they ring, I tell them I’m not interested. The first call, they already had my name and address and wanted me to verify it. I’ve asked them to remove me from their list, but they keep bothering me anyway.

I got a call from 0020354222234 and the person was really pushy, asking all sorts of personal stuff. He kept inquiring if I was "Mr. 222" or something like that. I said no, and told him the guy he was after was behind bars. But that didn't stop him at all, he just carried on with his questions. I ended up hanging up, but they rang me straight back. I ended the call again, but he was back on the line almost immediately. Proper annoying.

Got a call that said it was from Lifestyle, and the person on the other end had loads of my private details. I didn’t pick up and just ended the call. I’ve already contacted trading standards about it.

Got a call from this number earlier, asking something about "Life Style." My wife answered and quickly told them she wasn’t interested before hanging up. I’m with Virgin Media myself, so I guess we’ll wait and see what comes of it. Strange how these calls pop up, eh?

Another bunch of dodgy callers, this time from Egypt. They claim it’s some sort of ‘Lifestyle’ survey but it’s clearly all a con. The TPS can’t touch these foreign numbers, and honestly, even UK ones seem to get a free pass from Ofcom or TPS most times. My advice? Save yourself the hassle, spend around £19 on a call blocker and put an end to it. I’ve already blocked these muppets and it’s been a massive relief.

About twice a year I get a call from someone asking for the old owner. I tell them straight away that they're mistake and to stop calling this number, but they keep ringing anyway.
