9 yearsGot a call from a bloke with a thick Asian accent saying he was from our energy company. He mentioned the right energy supplier, but that stuff is pretty easy to find online. Not sure what sort of scam he was after - maybe trying to grab our bank info to give us some £25 credit he mentioned, or get our supply number. Once I caught on, he hung up quick sharp. Best advice: don’t hand over your supply number, as scammers might use it to switch your energy deal without you knowing.
