I’ve already asked Etisalat for his details and will be passing that info onto the National Telecommunication Authority in Cairo as well. If you want to have a word, you can ring Etisalat on 0020-23-534-6333 (landline) or even make a complaint to NTRA Egypt at 0020-23-534-4000. Word is, Egyptian prisons are quite cosy nowadays!
