6 yearsThey claimed to be from something called Telephone Preference Management and said they were based in London. They asked me to give my debit card info to activate a service that supposedly blocks nuisance calls. Total scam! There’s no legit company by that name. I managed to keep them talking for about half an hour though. If you get calls like this, they told me to ring 1800 041 8429.
