10 yearsThis number rang me earlier, claiming to be Simon Stewart from BT's tech support. He insisted there was a problem with my router. I tried to clarify that I’m not a BT customer, but he just ignored that. Then he told me to switch on my router and computer. I said I didn't have any, and he started swearing at me, telling me to quit wasting his time! Next time, I might tell him I don’t even have electricity and just use gas instead, haha.Simon StewartB.
