They called me at a quarter past seven on Thursday morning and then again at eleven minutes past seven today. I'm getting rather fed up with this nonsense now!

Could someone kindly assist in putting an end to this number? We're getting calls at the crack of dawn, and as elderly individuals who struggle to move around swiftly, it's really disrupting our sleep at night. We could do without this unnecessary bother. Thank you.

I've been receiving calls every day for the past four days from individuals purporting to be from Microsoft. They’ve been quite alarming, insisting that my computer will be disabled unless I log in and adhere to their so-called instructions. I've reached out to Microsoft regarding this, but it's been a rather distressing experience. They keep ringing me, even after I've asked them to cease calling. It’s really quite unnerving!

I received a rather unwelcome call at half past seven this morning, claiming to be from Microsoft regarding some sort of technical problem. I told the caller that I hadn’t the foggiest idea what she was on about and mentioned how early it was. To my surprise, she just disconnected! Honestly, not great considering I have a newborn to look after!

I've been receiving incessant calls, often up to four or five times a day. It's utterly maddening. I've chosen not to pick up.

I've received calls from this number on at least two occasions now. At 83 years of age and reliant on two walking sticks, I must say it’s quite bothersome.

This number rang me on 4th March at about 8:10 in the morning. I hung up right away as soon as they spoke and later used 1471 to find out who it was. It's the third time I've received calls from this number now.

They rang me again on the 3rd of March around 10:18 GMT. This scammer is quite annoying and clearly doesn't have a good memory because he completely ignored what I told him last time when he attempted to scam me.

This morning, we were startled by a rather untimely phone call. I can’t shake the feeling that it’s somehow connected to the recent TalkTalk hacking incident. To add to the confusion, we've also received a dodgy letter and an email alleging to be from TalkTalk, which I’m pretty sure are not legitimate either. What a nuisance!

Got a ring at 9:15am GMT from a guy with an Indian accent, saying he was with Microsoft's tech support. He claimed they noticed multiple error alerts on my PC. I told him that error logs are pretty normal for any operating system. I then asked him for my IP address, but he couldn’t seem to give it to me. This is like the tenth time they’ve tried this scam, and every single time I’ve seen through it. For what it’s worth, the call came from South Washington Avenue in Minnesota, near Minneapolis. Honestly, they must be seriously desperate if they’re calling people at 4:15am EST!

Scammer Alert! We just received a phone call claiming to be from Microsoft tech support. We mentioned that we exclusively use iPads and have no dealings with Microsoft at all. Just like that, the female caller dropped the line without a word. It's infuriating to think how many unsuspecting individuals might fall for this ruse. It would be brilliant to see these con artists put out of business!

Got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent, saying he was from Microsoft. He told me my computer was being hacked and that they were watching it right then while we talked. Didn’t seem able to give any proper details about my PC though. When I mentioned I was streaming iPlayer at the moment, he got all flustered. Then when I asked him to remove our phone number from their database, he got all flustered again and just hung up on me.

I recently received a phone call from someone purporting to be from Microsoft, alleging that my computer had been compromised. I let him prattle on for a bit about what hacking entails before I decided to cut him off. He rang me again and, when I didn’t pick up, he unleashed a rather colourful array of profanities! Clearly, they’re a very trustworthy establishment indeed!

I recently received a call from this number, and the person on the other end claimed to be from Windows, instructing me to carry out some tasks on my computer. I informed her that I’m a Mac user and don't own any Windows machines. Rather than accepting this, she insisted there was an alternative method, and when I probed further about the company she represented, she suddenly claimed to be from Macintosh. I found it odd that she switched companies mid-call, so I pressed her on this, and just like that, she hung up. Clearly a scam attempt.

As an 83-year-old gentleman with disabilities, I find myself being bombarded by incessant calls from these unscrupulous individuals, often at the crack of dawn. It's quite baffling, really. Don't the telecom providers have the tools at their disposal to put a stop to these fraudulent calls? It feels rather unfair that we have to endure such harassment, especially at such ungodly hours.

Got a call from someone with an Indian accent saying they were from Microsoft. Pretty obvious it was a scam, trying to get into my computer. I didn’t follow any of their instructions and just kept saying “sorry?” heaps to stall. Ended up wasting about 7 minutes of their time, which I reckon they weren’t too happy about!

Received a call at 10:08 on the 18th of February, 2015. They were rather evasive about their identity, merely claiming to be "A Microsoft Company." They mentioned something about being located in Leicester, which suggests the number could be spoofed. After a while, they decided to hang up, perhaps because they saw they weren't making any headway with me. If anyone can dig up a precise address, I reckon it might be worth gathering a few folks and heading over there to confront these fraudsters in person!

Beware of those dodgy tech support calls claiming they're from Windows! Their aim is to pry into your personal information through clever tricks. It's best to just hang up and steer clear of sharing any details or downloading anything onto your computer. Stay safe and don’t let them catch you off guard!

Just received yet another dodgy phone call from some chaps claiming to be from the "Windows Technical Department," insisting that my computer had been compromised. I kept them on the line for a bit, but they hung up when I persisted with questions about how they connected my device to my phone number. Their response was a right load of nonsense, droning on about how all the devices on my network shared the same Windows ID. What a laugh! The caller ID and 1471 both confirmed this number, which appears to be unallocated in Minnesota.

I received a phone call today from a number claiming to be Microsoft, insisting that my computer had fallen victim to hacking. When I inquired how they obtained my phone number, they claimed it was sourced from my software license. I informed them that this was not the first time I had been contacted and accused them of being deceitful - clearly, it was just a ploy. Despite my insistence, they reiterated that they weren't trying to defraud me and simply wanted to 'assist' in fixing my computer issue. I urged them to look up the warnings from Microsoft about such calls, citing that the company outright labels this as a scam. They attempted to offer further justifications, but by that stage, I was utterly uninterested and politely ended the conversation. This is undoubtedly a scam, as confirmed by the Microsoft Safety & Security website.

Oh, I just received a rather peculiar phone call from a chap with an Indian accent claiming he was from the Windows technical support. He insisted that my computer had been compromised by a virus. I've had my fair share of these dodgy calls, and I must admit, I enjoy having a bit of fun with them. I pointed out that my firewall should be keeping me safe from any nasty intrusions. The response I got was a load of old nonsense about a virus sneaking past my defences and allowing hackers to snatch my information. When I asserted that my system was virus-free, he promptly ended the call!

I’ve been receiving calls from this number a couple of times each day, insisting that I should switch on my computer. I’m well aware it’s a scam, yet it’s been going on for nearly a year now. The callers are quite impolite, and the last one even had the audacity to tell me to be quiet!

I received a rather unexpected phone call earlier today. After dialling 1471, I discovered this number, even though the caller had provided me with 01163183604 for a callback. It's been a bit of a nightmare on the tech front lately, with my computer playing up. Strangely enough, they seemed to have access to my licence number, telephone number, and more. I'm feeling a bit rattled by the whole situation - any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Received a call around half past eight this morning from someone claiming to be with Microsoft, insisting my computer had been compromised. I mentioned that I owned multiple devices and requested the IP address to pinpoint the affected one. He responded with some convoluted jargon, prompting me to inform him that my IT professional would take care of it. When asked about my operating system, the "expert" responded cryptically with "a Microsoft one." At that point, I firmly told him to shove off. Just two minutes later, he rang again, reiterating that my computer was indeed hacked and warned that I shouldn’t use it if I wouldn’t have a chat with him. I promptly ended the call.

Should you happen to get a call from someone claiming to be a Microsoft technician, I'd strongly advise you to hang up immediately. It's a total scam! Their sole aim is to fish for your banking information and, quite audaciously, they often ask for £199. Stay vigilant!

I had a ring from this number at precisely 1:16, and the chap on the line claimed to be from Microsoft. I mentioned that I don’t have a PC, only a Mac! Received a couple of calls today, quite irritating! The first one came through at 9:05 AM. When I answered, the caller claimed to be from Microsoft. I wasn't having any of it and told him to clear off before hanging up. Then at 2:00 PM, my wife answered another one of their calls. They were prattling on about something to do with a computer - which baffled her since we don't even own one! She swiftly told them to bugger off and ended the call. Caller ID was 01278784204.
