10 yearsI got a call from someone with an Asian accent pretending to work for Talk Talk. They said there was some strange activity coming from my router. I told them if they were legit, they should get in touch via my Talk Talk online account. They quickly ended the call. I've dealt with a similar scammer before and foolishly let them take control of my PC. They showed me fake proof of tons of viruses on my system but showed their true colours when they asked for my bank info to fix the issue.
