Picked up the phone and all I got was silence at first, then suddenly this robot voice starts telling me I paid £79.99 to renew my Amazon Prime and to press 1 to cancel or 2 for something else. After I hung up, I noticed they kept the line open for a bit - you really gotta wait until it fully disconnects.
