I picked up this number a while back and they kept saying I’ve got appliance insurance with Direct Repair, which isn’t true, I only have cover through Domestic and General. They hung up, then a few mins later, a nearly identical number rang back with another advisor who said sorry for the dropped call. He asked for my security number but I said no again and ended the chat.
