I got a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming she was from Virgin about an issue with my internet. I told her to send someone out because no one’s been using the internet anyway, plus she woke me up and I work nights. Then the line just suddenly cut off - guess she hung up on me. You could hear loads of background noise, like she was in a busy call centre.
