They rang my sister asked if she was even my sister and then just dropped the call. She said it was two girls with English accents laughing away.

I didn’t even realise I’d been called till I saw the missed call, but it showed up as from the US instead of Jamaica which it actually was. Since iPhones keep all notifications on the lock screen until you clear them, I accidentally called it back without realising. Turns out I was on the phone for 45 minutes, which ended up costing me an extra £75 plus £20 VAT added to my phone bill. If you get calls from numbers like this, be sure to block them and clear your notifications so you don’t get stung like I did.

Got a call really late one night. I never pick up or return calls from unknown numbers. Can people understand that it's not personal? These calls come from auto diallers that blast out hundreds or even thousands of random numbers each hour. Just like me, best to ignore and move on.
