This was a total scam. They claimed my internet would be cut off because of unusual activity, but offered to sort it by having me download TeamViewer. Once that’s done, they get access to all your info. They pretended to be from BT but when I rang BT directly, they said they never call from the US. The number is definitely from America. Don’t trust them or share anything!
