Sounds like a total con to me. They were chatting about my IP for Sky, then suddenly wanted my phone number. After that, asked me to enter my bank info on some unfamiliar website claiming it was to check security. I said no way, refused to go on unless I was sure. Then the bloke got all irritable and hostile!
