I got a call from a bloke saying he was with British Gas and said they needed to swap out my meter, setting up a time for it. Then he started asking loads of personal stuff to prove I was a pensioner. Next, he said I'd get a discount on my bills for half a year - which was a giveaway since I don't even use British Gas for my supply! I just hung up. After that, he tried calling loads of times in the next 5 minutes, but I had my answerphone on and, of course, he never left a message.
