Got a call from some Indian call centre claiming to be the London Economic Office - total scam. I ended the call straight away, but they kept ringing back over 25 times just to mess with my line. Proper annoying!

This number keeps ringing me up asking for the business owner about finding new offices. I told them there’s no interest, but they just carry on calling. They claimed they're from some government department and wanted me to give a number to ring back on, but I dodged that. I made it clear we don’t want their assistance, but they said they’ll keep trying to get hold of the owner. Well, if they're gonna keep pestering us, then I guess we’ll just keep ignoring them. Waste of time all around!

I got calls from someone named 'Natalie' claiming to be from the London Economic Business Development office. She said she had the wrong info but then kept ringing me repeatedly in under an hour. It felt more like relentless harassment than just normal follow-ups. Honestly, pretty awful conduct.

They kept ringing up again and again, never saying who they were, always asking for the business owner. We told them loads of times that we don’t want any calls, nicely asking to be taken off their list, but still they keep calling and bothering us.

I’m self-employed and have been running things from home for ages! Then, about ten minutes later, the same woman rings back, repeating the question but this time about a different part of my business. I gave her the same answer and she cut off again.

They asked if we’d sorted out a new office and when we planned to move. Totally fishy - there’s no way this government agency cares about where I set up shop. Pretty sure it’s a scam.
