I keep getting calls from 0018183501101 all the time. Today I finally answered and the guy was complaining, asking “what’s wrong?” I said, “what do you mean?” Then he said “you’re taking too long to respond.” I told him I can take as long as I want since he’s just cold calling me. He got really annoyed and called me a “dumb-ass.” I told him to buzz off and ended the call. Usually I just hang up as soon as they ring, this was the first time I actually spoke to him.

I jus had a call from a scammer but they hung up as soon as I picked up. Suspicious af!

Some bloke rang me up claiming he was from the official Microsoft support, saying my PC had been compromised. They never gave me any proof they were legit, but kept trying to get me to follow their instructions and hand over info. When I said I wasn’t convinced, a ‘manager’ got on the phone and insisted they were local, from Cyprus. I told him I’d pop round their office to sort it out, he said fine at first, then just hung up a few minutes after.

They rang me about some computer issues, but as soon as I said I wasn’t interested, they lost it. They ended up calling me a stupid woman and told me to go to hell before abruptly hanging up. Proper rude!

they threatened to hit me twice if i didnt pay £10k, said they’d ring me again later

Got a call threatening if I dont pay £10,000, they said I'd be dead. Totally scary and obviously a scam!
