On 09/02/18 I got a call from someone claiming to be from TalkTalk about an internet issue. Yeah right! I just told him we had no interest and immediately ended the call.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with BT about an issue with my internet. He asked me to go check the lights on my hub before giving me any further instructions to fix it on my PC. I like messing with these callers, pretending I don’t get it before telling them to jog on. BT don’t ring you about PC problems any more than Microsoft would - that’s not their job, they couldn’t care less. This is clearly a scammer trying to get into your computer to nick your personal info. Best thing to do? Just hang up immediately!
