For the past week or so, this number has been calling me almost every weekday. Since I’ve been doing night shifts recently, it’s been pretty irritating getting woken up by just one ring before they hang up. I noticed some folks mentioning it might be the Mint office, which makes sense because I did order some free coins last year (and got them) so maybe they still have my contact from that. Really annoying though, and I’m not keen on calling back. I ended up blocking the number, but the missed calls keep showing up.

most days at nearly the exact same time they ring. my phone stops it from actually ringing through but still lets me know they’ve tried calling. honestly, i don’t mind using up their time like that.

I didn’t pick up when they rang, but after reading the post from 29/05/2017, I’ve realised it’s best to ignore calls like that. Cheers for the heads-up!

I got a call from someone claiming to be at the mint office, saying they had Central Bank of Ireland coins available for less than usual. Sounded dodgy to me, especially with the discount they were pushing.
