Now I'm rather anxious that I've fallen victim to a scam, especially since the number that contacted me was 0018006427676. My issue was that there was no sound following a recent update. Thankfully, I don’t have any banking details stored on my laptop, but I’m still feeling rather uneasy about the whole situation.
