Rather raucous call centre! A gentleman on the line expressed his regrets whilst informing me they needed to cut off our Internet connection. I merely responded with a courteous, "Oh, indeed you are," and then he suddenly ended the call. Quite an odd twist on the typical scam call, wouldn't you say?
