Had a dodgy call from someone claiming to be Microsoft’s international tech support. They tried to guide me into installing some “anti-virus” program, but it turned out to be ransomware. After that, they wanted money to release my files. Just a heads up - Microsoft won’t ring you out of the blue like that without you asking them to.
