When I finally picked up, the call was already cut off. Definitely seemed like a scam to me.

Got a voicemail telling me my internet's gonna be cut off today and to press 1 to fix it. I just ended the call, no way was that for real. Total scam for sure.

I almost tripped answering this awful spam call. They gave some creepy warning about shutting down computer access. It was a robot voice, so they didn’t even catch my swearing. This isn’t the first time we’ve gotten something like this.

Got one of those robotic calls again, warning me that bt is about to cut off my internet, starting today. This is just one of several I've gotten lately from a bunch of different numbers. Total pain in the neck. Pretty clear it's a scam trying to trick people.

Picked up the phone and the moment I said hello, they just cut off the call without a single word.

Answered the call and then just put it down straight away.

Got a voicemail from a woman speaking with an American accent sayin’ she was from BT. She claimed my internet was hacked and said she’d be cutting it off. This kinda thing happens way too often! Still no internet gone, guess they just want to cause a fuss. They really should find proper jobs and leave us old folk alone!
