Today I got a call from a number that seemed just like one I’d had earlier from the States. I picked up but quickly ended the call. After that I decided to block it since I couldn’t figure out why someone on the East Coast would ring me so early, it was only about 5:37 in the morning over there!

Got a call the other day, around 10:50 in the morning on a weekday. The voice was female, sounded like she had a Far East kind of accent but also tried to sound British. The number was from the US, which I found odd. She asked for me by name and claimed to be from some ‘call blocking team’. I told her I’m registered with the TPS and she just hung up right away. Felt a bit creepy to be honest.
