At around 10 in the morning, they rang me up asking if I had a computer. I told them no, that the one I use at home actually belongs to my company. She said thanks and I then asked if they could take my details off their list. She promised to do it, but I’m a bit sceptical if they really will.

I got a call from a woman speaking with an Indian accent, and she just wouldn’t take no for an answer. Even after I said I wasn’t interested in hearing about my computer, she kept on going. At the end, she threatened that because I didn’t listen, my computer would stop working forever. Honestly, she was really rude and it left a bad taste.

Got calls from a pushy Asian lady saying she was with 'internet security'. I hung up straight away, but she kept ringing me back - must have been at least four times within five minutes. Proper rude too.

Got a call from a lady twice today. The second time she rang back just to warn me my PC would stop working in about 30 minutes. Told her it was a cold call but she kept pestering me, which was pretty annoying.

this woman, sounded very pushy and had a strong indian accent, kept calling me around 15 times back to back. she claimed to be from windows and warned that if i didn’t comply, all our accounts would be shut down. she also accused my computer and accounts of being illegal. i firmly told her none of that was true and that i would report her number immediately. she clearly didn’t like hearing that! she kept ringing until i finally got really annoyed and snapped at her. then she just hung up. definitely a scam.

Got a call a couple of times from someone pretending to be from "windows." First it was a man with an Asian accent, then a woman. They got pretty pushy when I told them to buzz off.

This was pretty much like the other times i got calls from a woman who spoke with an indian accent, talking rubbish about my windows id but insisting she wasn’t from microsoft. i just told her it sounded dodgy, obviously a scam, then i just dropped the call. she rang me back three times in a row right after that. had to block the number through my talktalk settings in the end. mental!

I got a call from a guy with an Indian accent claiming to be from Windows support. He said my computer was getting hacked, which really freaked me out. Strangely, he even knew where I lived and my postcode. Then he handed me over to some 'supervisor,' but when I asked for a callback number, he just wouldn’t give me one. In the end, I had to hang up. After that, the same number rang me back twice right after each other.

I got a call from a lady with a strange accent claiming to be from the Windows support team, talking about my PC. I just hung up straight away. That same number rang me two more times right after, but when it went to voicemail, they just hung up. Quite annoyin' really.

Some lady called saying she was from Microsoft, said my computer had some dangerous stuff going on. I told her straight up it was a scam and hung up. Then she called back threatening that I wouldn’t be able to use any computer ever again, so I just ended the call again.

Got a call from a woman claiming there was an issue with my computer. I ended the call, but she quickly dialled back, insisting I had a problem and wouldn’t be able to use it. I told her my computer was fine, thanks. She got quite loud and said, “Oh no, there is a problem - how do you know it’s alright?” She was really pushy and ready to argue. I hung up again, and luckily she didn’t call back a second time. Definitely a scam.

Got a call from a lady claiming to be from Microsoft, saying there was some issue with my computer. I just hung up straight away. She called back right after, so I told her bluntly she was full of it and to stop bothering me. Hung up again. Then she rang once more, but this time I didn’t pick up and let it go to voicemail. No message was left, and thankfully, she never called again.

Got a call from a woman claiming she was with Windows, telling me my PC was sending a bunch of error alerts. I told her no and ended the call. She rang me again insisting they wouldn’t bother calling if there wasn’t a problem, but I just hung up. Then she tried a third time! At that point, I just cut her off immediately.
