They told me to press a button to speak to an agent if I didn't approve it. Total scam though - if there's a problem, your bank or card company will contact you, not Visa directly. They didn’t even try to check if I was the right person to talk to, which made it obvious it was dodgy.Visa SecureVisa7 yearsI got connected to a lady who sounded Eurasian.
