7 monthsAll morning they wouldn’t stop ringing me. Had a look it up here and turns out it was a total scam. Kinda strange cos the caller said they were from Texas, and I just thought, why on earth?Texas1 yearWeird thing happened today! I’m certain this number isn’t from Amazon because I already had a chat with them. But then, out of nowhere, it rang back and it was a different woman with a foreign accent, asking for me by name. But get this, she said she was with Paypal this time! I asked her straight if she even knew which company she was meant to be calling for, since earlier they tried to fool me with some AWS story. So now this number’s definitely marked as a scammer on my phone, although if they bother calling again, I might pick up just for a laugh.AmazonPayPal1 yearGot a call on my work landline from a woman speaking with a strong foreign accent. She claimed to ring from AWS, which I guess means Amazon Web Services, though I'm not totally sure. She asked for me specifically but put "Mr" before my name - which is funny cause I'm a woman, so that was an instant red flag. I told her straight up I wasn’t interested in whatever she was selling. Honestly, I doubt it was really Amazon behind that call.Amazon Web ServicesAmazonSubmit Your Own Report ((737) 529-8998)
