7 yearsGot another one of those automated messages saying my internet’s going to be disconnected if I don’t press 1 or 2. This is the third call from different numbers today. It’s really annoying and feels a bit dodgy, but I just hung up without pressing anything, so no idea what nonsense they were trying to sell this time.8 yearsDon’t fall for these calls, they’re just after getting into your computer to steal personal info, passwords and all that. Got a recorded message saying “your internet will be cut off in an hour, press 1”, so I pressed it. Then some woman with an Asian accent wanted to know how many gadgets I had connected. Ended up hanging up on her. She called back and I told her to remove all my details from their system or I’d report them to the cyber police if they rang again. She just hung up on me. Still got internet an hour later, so it was obviously a scam.Submit Your Own Report (732351057)
