Somebody rang me saying they were from Virgin Media saying they found someone trying to hack my internet. I rang Virgin Media directly after and they told me it wasn’t true at all. It’s clearly a scam where they want to get into your PC. Best thing to do is just hang up and let Virgin Media know if you get a call like this!
