Somebody called saying they were from Windows, got all irate when I told them we don’t use it. They rang back two more times right after each other. It was my husband who picked up the third one and after that it went quiet. Maybe they figured it’d be simpler to trick a bloke, but no chance of that here.

I told the bloke I didn’t use Windows and asked him to stop ringing, but he went and called me two more times. If he phones again, I’m just not picking up.

Just like the story from 17/09/2018, I got these annoying calls too. This bloke kept telling me my computer license would be cancelled in half an hour if I didn’t do what he said. Proper harassing stuff, honestly.

Had to sit in front of the computer with these complicated instructions, and honestly, the supervisor who showed up was just as clueless as the first bloke. Really don’t think people like that should be given the job.

a guy rang me saying he was from microsoft and claimed hackers were using my licensce number to get into my PC. he insisted he needed access to my computer to fix it, or else he would cancel my windows licence in 30 mins, saying i wouldn’t be able to use it anymore. i told him no, but he kept calling me over and over. felt like one of those dodgy call centres for sure.

I got a call from some bloke asking if I was having issues with Windows. I just told him to find a proper job instead of bothering people like me. Seems he didn’t like that since he rang me twice more after that.
