On 11th May 2016, I got a call from someone pretending to be Talk Talk, saying there was an issue with my router and I needed to switch on my computer so they could provide a code to enter. Today, they phoned me again but from three different numbers. THEY ARE NOT TALK TALK! Watch out, they want to gain access to your PC, laptop or tablet. I told them I’d reported them to the coppers and that they’d be looking into it. They hung up straight away.

rang them but no reply, just heard someone say goodbye before it cut off.

This person said they were from TalkTalk and even said my name, but as soon as I started asking questions, they just started swearing and hung up on me.
