Today I got a call from this number here in New Zealand, they wanted to do a quick survey and asked loads of odd questions about investments. They already had my email and phone number, said they’d send me some info about the survey but I’ve had nothing so far. Pretty sure it’s just some kind of scam.

Total scam calls!! If you get one, you should tell the police by going to Action Fraud. Just Google 'action fraud', find the 'police.uk' website, and then head to their 'report' section to log it as a phishing scam. You don’t have to sign up for anything and it’s as quick as putting something here. The more of us that report these scams, the better chance the authorities have of seeing how big this problem really is.

They keep ringing me every day for a few weeks now, claiming it’s some kind of investment survey. But then they start asking about your favourite colours and stuff? Feels like they’re just fishing for the answers you use to reset your bank password. Bit fishy if you ask me.

Got a call from this Aussie number a few times over the past week. Picked up once, but there was just silence, then they quickly ended the call. Seems dodgy to me, so watch out if you get a ring from them.

This bloke called me up and already had my name. Claimed to be Tony Williams from the New York Times or something. I told him I wasn’t allowed to talk to the media and told him to get in touch with my office in London instead. Out of nowhere, he started chatting in Tagalog, which threw me right off. I just hung up right then. Honestly, don’t answer if this number shows up - it's not worth the hassle.

Two days back, I got a call from +16467571577. As soon as I picked up and spoke, they hung up straight away. It's strange since I don’t have any relatives in New York. I decided to look the number up and stumbled upon this site. Really appreciate reading what others had to say about it. Scammers seem to be everywhere nowadays, so we all need to stay alert.

Got a call from a New York number, and the woman on the other end used my full name and phone number, saying she was with the Wall St Journal. When I asked her what the call was about, she just ended the call straight away. Pretty sure it was a scam, especially since I’m here in Ireland.

I received a ring from this number earlier and something didn’t sit right with me, so I looked it up and found this site. Turns out my gut feeling was spot on. The person said they were with the Wall Street Journal doing a survey, asked about my investments, verified my email, and even wanted to know my favourite colour. Sounds like a total scam to me.

Got a call earlier today here in Dublin, Ireland from someone who said they were from the New York Journal. The lady on the line had a sort of Asian accent. I didn’t really bother with them, so I can’t say what the purpose was or if it was legit, but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t.

So this number rang me earlier and started asking my age, favourite colour, and even my email address. It just felt dodgy straight away. I mean, if they ended up getting all that info plus my passport and bank details, they could easily change my online banking password. Definitely something to be wary of.

I keep getting calls from this daft number. They must reckon I’m in Germany, but I’m definitely not. What’s worse, they ring me at 9 in the morning their time, which works out to about 2 a.m. here in New York. Honestly, who thinks that’s a good idea? Ridiculous.
