Some muppet called me and even mentioned a person who lived at my address like 15 years back!! They told me to open the Run box and type in CMD, then asked me to enter a command that sounded like “netscat.” Don’t trust these people, they try to scare you by showing normal things that just look technical but are nothing suspicious. The best thing is to just say “Hi, I’m (name) from Microsoft tech” and then hang up straight away.
